I believe that you will see some additional cost savings on your bottom line, due to extra steps we take when screening applicants before sending them to your company to work, such as the oral drug screens and background checks, which directly relates to the quality of the applicants that we will send to you.
We believe in partnering with our clients to build a long term relationship by developing the right understanding of their needs. This ensures a highly successful partnering with the client with repeated assignments. We are not a 9:00 AM to 5:00 pm staffing company. We set our hours around yours. I realize that there may be sometimes when you have special requests after hours, or on weekends or holidays. I can assure you that we have you covered no matter what time of day you need assistance.
Currently, we have two offices: one in Florence and one in Hartsville. We do business with a wide variety of businesses in the Pee Dee Area. These range from Florence, Clio, Darlington, Dillon, Hartsville, Lamar, Latta, Marion, McBee, Mullins, and Scranton area.
While I realize this presentation is an important component of the bidding process, I do also believe the truest measure of performance for any staffing agency is thoroughness: check the references of the clients they currently do business with and ask them how those businesses are performing. That being said, I am happy to provide you with references upon request.
